Teacher Alleges Harassment and Administrative Misconduct at OAV Morada
In a concerning development from Odisha Adarsha Vidyalaya (OAV), Morada, a senior teacher has raised serious allegations of administrative irregularities, professional harassment, and mental pressure under the current school leadership. The case has now reached the attention of the District Education Officer (DEO), Mayurbhanj, following repeated written complaints and the submission of official documents highlighting the matter. According to the grievance submitted, the teacher was issued a deputation order to OAV Ranibhol under Letter No. OAVR/1520027/2025/189 dated 11th April 2025. Citing medical unfitness supported by a certified report from CHC Rasgovindpur, the teacher submitted formal applications to the school authority, the Block Education Officer (BEO) Morada, and the Nodal Centre, VMDC both in hard copy and electronic format.
